Deposit when booking the hotel is £50.00 per room. 
Accounts can be settled by cash, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro or Electron cards.  No allowance is made for meals not taken or rooms not occupied for the full period of the booking.

Deposit when booking a self catering unit is 25% of the total rental.  The balance is due 6 weeks before commencement of holiday. The hirer shall be responsible for any damage or breakages to be paid before departure, 

It is an express condition of the booking that the company is relieved of liability for any accidents, loss or damage, which may be sustained by the hirer or their property.

Often bookings are made well in advance and re-letting cancelled accommodation at short notice can be difficult, and therefore we reserve the legal right to charge two thirds of the full amount if the cancelled accommodation is not fully re-let. We very strongly advise that you take out your own holiday insurance.

If you have chosen not to take out any form of insurance, and the accommodation is fully re-let, your deposit will be returned less an administration fee of £25 per room. For cancellations received more than two calendar months before the date of the holiday, your deposit will be returned less the administration fee.

If you wish to amend the number of nights that you stay for and change your arrival/departure date prior to arrival, we will charge an amendment fee of £10 per room to cover administration costs.

Our pool is open from 28 May until 3 September 2016..

We regret that we cannot take animals.

Facilities may be withdrawn at any time due to upkeep or repair or unforseen circumstances.
Opening times may be limited outside the main holiday season.
